Warranty
OUR LIMITED WARRANTY FOR WATCHES
The warranty covers all new watches for the period of two years from the date of purchase unless it is stated as a pre-owned watch.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
The warranty does not cover damages such as scratches, finish, crystals, glass, straps – leather, fabric or rubber, damage due to wear and tear, damage resulting from wear under conditions exceeding the watch manufacturer's water resistance limitations, and damage due to physical and/or accidental abuse.
Shipping and insurance costs for warranty return to us must be covered by the customer. Returns must be shipped via traceable couriers, such as UPS, FedEX or USPS (if ship via FedEx; please contact us for a return label, FedEx does not insure watches valued above $500). Return shipment must be pre-paid and fully insured. Collect shipping will be refused. In case of loss or damages, customer is liable.
In case a repair is necessary, please call us to obtain a return authorization. Please include a copy of your invoice and/or a detailed letter indicating the problem, the return address, contact phone numbers and an email address.
