Established in the year 1904 as a cooperation between Mr. Edmond Zuccolo and Mr. Joseph Rochet, in the city of Geneva, Switzerland, the Zuccolo Rochet Company has come a long way. Their revolutionary creation of an expandable metal bracelet enabled them to win the Geneva Grand Prix for Industry Innovation in the year 1917. The year 1953 saw the inception of their first ZRC Grands Fonds 300m diver watch. The French Navy, also known as La Marine National, granted official approval for the prestigious Grands Fonds 300m in 1964. In the year 2004, Mr. Patrick Brunet, the grandson of Mr. Joseph Rochet, took up the initiative to rejuvenate the legacy of ZRC. Following the footsteps of his grandfather, under his leadership, the company made significant progress. In 2015, marking 50 years of the first Grands Fonds 300, the great-grandsons of Mr. Joseph Rochet, Mr. Georges, and Mr. Charles Brunet, released the iconic model, the ZRC GF 300, once again. Fast-forward to 2019, the watch has evolved into an excellent diving watch with an extreme level of diving legibility. Loaded with features like super luminous magnum hands, lollipop style sweep seconds, crown at 6:00 left threads protected by the CPS© (Crown Protection System), ETA 2824-2 movement, domed anti-reflective sapphire crystal, and unidirectional notched bezel with ECS (Easy Cleaning System), the ZRC GF 300 has become an epitome of the perfect diver watch. Keeping up with the current trends, the new case size has undergone a slight increment from 36mm to 40.5mm. The stainless steel bracelet, unique to ZRC, comes equipped with a spring integration feature, enabling the user to wear the watch over the sleeve of a wetsuit without any expansion link or adjustment. The new Grands Fonds 300 boasts original industrial style coupled with neo-vintage design, paying absolute homage to its lineage and heritage.
